Database Management
Utilizing either Microsoft Access and Microsoft Works, we can maintain your database. We can set up the database,
make additions and deletions, sort by customer type and send you lists of each. This database can them be merged
with a letter/brochure and set out to customers or prospects utilizing our other mailing services.
If you do not have a database, but know the type of business you want
to send it too, we can prepare a list for you. Lists can be prepared to encompass all the retail paint dealers
in Indiana, agricultural companies in the state of Texas, house dwellers in the Woodmont Subdivision of Fort Wayne,
or all of the apartments in Canterbury Green.
Standard Mail Services
Copy Solutions can prepare you Standard mail. We can take your database, Direct print on most mail pieces, prepare
labels, print labels, attach labels, sort by zip code, package and rubber band packs, properly place packs in trays,
prepare tray/sack labels, close and seal trays, deliver to the Post Office.
OR
We can do any portion of the above. If you have volunteers to put labels on the envelopes and sort them to trays,
we can then prepare the tray labels and deliver them to the Post Office.

Presorted First Class Mail Service
Utilizing your database, we can prepare your labels, letters and mail so that you can receive presorted first class
mail rates. These special rates required that the addresses in your mailing list be CASS certified and have the
appropriate bar codes added to the address label. In addition, Copy Solutions staff is trained on the correct layout
of a mail piece that will allow you to receive these special reduced rates. Be sure to check with us before you
finalize you mail piece layout.
Letter/Flyer Insertion Service
Do you have projects that require you to Fold up to 3 letters/brochures and insert them into envelopes. Let Copy
Solutions help you get that mailing out on time. Our PFE folder/inserter is the ideal solution to your problem.
We can even work with you to design regular mailings that will allow us to insert jobs with a variable number of
sheets that have to be mailed to different people. Sample-Company A gets a three piece statement, Company B gets
a 1 piece statement, company C gets a 4 piece statement. We have one machine that can insert each of these mailings
into a window envelope, after you have printed them on your laser printer. Ask us for more information.
